Stages of interaction with the Customer Company
- After submitting an application to our Employment Centre, we together determine which and how many employees you need, on this basis, we present our offer.
We conduct the hiring process, select employees and sign contracts with them.
We delegate employees to you, after which we pay salaries for their work.
Arrangements between the Effective Communication Centre and the Customer Company are carried out under contract by the exposed invoices.
